To receive a full refund, guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in.
If a guest cancels after that, will be charged 100% for the nights already spent, plus the next 30 nights from the reservation.
If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, it will be charged 100% for all of those remaining nights.
Cleaning and services fees are never refunded if the guest cancels before or after check-in, regardless of the property’s cancellation policy. 

The map shows the area around the listing, the property is usually within half a mile of the cross streets address. Please inquire for exact location. All properties are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is not guaranteed until ALL of the following criteria are met: 1) Approved Rental Application, 2) Signed Lease Agreement, Renter's Insurance Form, and Notice to Vacate form (if applicable), 3) Copy of ID, 4) Move-in total paid in full. Property will be held in a "Pending" status for 48 hours after application submission to allow applicant time to satisfy all move-in requirements. - You fully understand and acknowledge that RentRight is not a hotel, motel, or extended stay facility. You will be leasing a privately owned property that will be located within a common interest community in which RentRight has no affiliation with other than the property in which it holds. You will be signing a legally binding lease agreement with RentRight and additionally agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community in which the property is located. While we offer flexible leasing options, we do not offer the same level of flexibility offered by a hotel, motel or extended stay.
